SHIPPING

All shipped orders are sent through Canada Post. Please provide an appropriate, secure mailing address (such as P.O. Box if available) as all packages are the customers responsibility once marked as delivered.

Free shipping is available on all orders of $150 or more (before tax). $10 flat rate shipping will otherwise apply for all Canadian orders. International shipping is not available at this time.

All shipped orders are processed in the order in which they are received, and every effort is made to ship your order within 4 business days. A shipping notification will be provided after your order has shipped, along with a tracking number. 

Local pickup is available at our Storefront in Portage la Prairie, MB and can be chosen at checkout in lieu of shipping. Local pickup orders are typically ready within 2 business days of the order being placed, an email will be sent with pick up details once the order is processed and ready for pickup.
