RETURNS

We hope you feel as incredible as you’ll look in your new purchase! If you aren’t totally loving it, please follow our return policy below.

Returns are for store credit only, no exceptions. Store credit will provided by email once the returned item has been received, examined and processed.

All items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free of any scents, stains or alterations. We reserve the right to reject returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, etc. Rejected items are returned at the customer’s expense.

For shipped orders, you have 10 days from receiving your order to notify us of your return, and provide shipping notification. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

For local pick-up orders, you have 10 days from picking up your order to notify us of your return, and either return the item, or provide shipping notification. Return shipping if chosen, is at the customer’s expense. Orders not picked up within 14 days of receiving the pickup notification email are considered FINAL SALE.

If you received free shipping on your order (for spending $125+), and the returned item brings your order total under $125, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your eligible store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All items purchased from the Sale Rack, or at a discount of 25% or greater are FINAL SALE. Jewelry, head wear, accessories, undergarments, bralettes, etc are also FINAL SALE. Store credit will not be issued for these items returned in error, and return shipping to the customer will be at the customer’s expense.

Are items are carefully inspected before packaging, but in the event that a manufacturer’s defect is missed, we will issue a full refund or store credit, and cover the return shipping. Notification of a defect must be made within 3 days of receiving/picking up your order, no exceptions.
