RETURN POLICY
Hey beautiful! Thank you for shopping with 3's Company! We hope you feel as incredible as you’ll look in your new purchase! If you aren’t totally loving it, please follow our return policy below.
Returns are for store credit only, no exceptions. All items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free of any scents, stains or alterations. We reserve the right to reject returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, etc. Rejected items are returned at the customer’s expense.
Holiday Returns
All regular priced items purchased between November 1st - December 24th are returnable for store credit until January 13th. Receipt or order number must be provided at the time of return. For returns being done through Canada Post, the tracking number must be provided to us by January 13th for the return to be accepted, please email info@3scompany.ca to start the return process. Our standard return policy applies for all items purchased outside of these dates, no exceptions. *Sale items and Christmas themed items are considered FINAL SALE.
In Store Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any item(s). If your order was placed online and our local pick up option was selected you have 14 days from the date your order was ready for pick up, not the date the order was picked up. Return shipping if chosen, is at the customer’s expense. Orders not picked up within 14 days of receiving the order ready notification email are considered FINAL SALE.
Online Returns
For shipped orders, you have 10 days from the date your order was marked delivered by Canada Post to notify us of your return, and provide shipping notification. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
If you received free shipping on your order (for spending $150+), and the returned item brings your order total under $150, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your eligible store credit.
Exchanges
Please visit our store for in person exchanges. We are not able offer exchanges online. You are welcome to repurchase the item in the correct size once you receive your store credit, however we cannot guarantee sizes will still be available.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All items purchased from the Sale Rack, or at a discount of 25% or greater are FINAL SALE. Jewelry, head wear, accessories, undergarments, bodysuits, bralettes, etc are also FINAL SALE. Store credit will not be issued for these items returned in error, and return shipping to the customer will be at the customer’s expense.
Are items are carefully inspected before packaging, but in the event that a manufacturer’s defect is missed, we will issue a full refund or store credit, and cover the return shipping. Notification of a defect must be made within 3 days of receiving/picking up your order, no exceptions.
Order Cancellations
Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled. Please verify that all Gift Cards, discount codes, etc are applied before checking out, as we're unable to edit orders once they are placed.
